<p>The detergent composition of the invention contains a combination of an anionic surfactant, a defined nonionic surfactant of high hydrophilic/lipophilic balance (HLB) value, optionally a cationic surfactant, optionally a detergency builder, optionally an inorganic non-builder salt, an optionally a polycarboxylate polymer. Further optional detergent ingredients may also be present. The amount of the anionic surfactant is from 5 to 40, preferably from 7 to 30 wt % and the amount of the nonionic surfactant is from 1 to 20, preferably from 1 to 10 wt %, based on the weight of the total composition.</p> |
