A transport carriage for the patient-bearing surface is provided, which is carried by a pivot rotation frame and is controllable by a lifting device. A transport carriage for the patient-bearing surface comprises: a chassis(10); two holding fixtures(58) which are arranged on the chassis and have interfaces(60) respectively on the upper end to be combined with the secondary interface; and a lifting device(48) for controlling the height of the interface about the chassis. The holding fixture is carried by a pivot rotation frame(34) to rotate around the horizontal pivot axis and is controllable by the lifting device.
