METHOD FOR CALCUTATING PARAMETER OF PLASMA REACTOR

A method for calculating parameter of plasma reactor is provided to supply the stable voltage to the plasma reactor without adding the large capacity to outside of plasma reactor. The plasma reactor device comprises the DC power part(Cdc), the inverter(310), the inductor(L1), the capacitor (C3), the high voltage transformer(320), the plasma reactor model(330). The inverter changes the direct current supplied from the DC power supply to the alternating current. The capacitor is used in order to block the DC (Direct Current). The AC voltage outputted from the inverter is boosted voltage from the high voltage transformer to the high pressure. The plasma reactor model is modeled at two capacitors and zener diode.
