A method for preparing edible sulfur is provided to make sulfur edible by removing toxicity by using the intestines of animals, glycyrrhizae radix and bean instead of chemicals. A method for preparing edible sulfur comprises (i) a step for putting crude sulfur in the animal intestines and steaming it 5 times; (ii) a step for mixing glycyrrhizae radix and the steamed sulfur in an earthenware steamer and steaming the mixture 3 times; (iii) a step for mixing the steamed sulfur and beans and steaming the mixture 3 times; (iv) a step for separating the steamed sulfur from the beans and drying it; and (v) a step for making the dried sulfur in the forms of powder or pills. |
