A method of manufacturing hematopoietic cells in vivo using immunosuppressed erythropoietin-produceable transgenic porcines is provided to be applied to clinic by inducing differentiation or breeding of hematogenesis stem cell from various internal organs of the pig. A method of manufacturing hematopoietic cells in vivo using immunosuppressed erythropoietin-produceable transgenic porcines comprises steps of: transplanting monocyte including hematogenesis stem cell or hematogenesis stem cell to transformed pig producing erythropoietin of which immunity is supressed; and differentiating it from internal organs of the obtained pig or separating the proliferated hemopoietic cell.
