A method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly insulated joint plate is provided to obtain reliability of a product by decreasing a fail rate and manufacturing the product of exact size repeatedly. A method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly insulated joint plate comprises the followings: laminating a material which is formed with weaving glass fiber and glass fiber in turns(S10); inserting the cut material into a mold after completing cutting of the material(S20); performing a compression molding process(S30); cooling the material with cold water at 30 ~ 40°C for 25 ~ 35 minutes; and completing a product after separating the product from the mold(S50).
