METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING A CALL ROUTING SERVICE

A method and a system for providing a call routing service are provided to connect to a counterpart person at once by inputting the same name as a firm name of the counterpart person even though a user does not know a phone number of the counterpart person. A message originated from a calling terminal is received by using character information identifying a receiving side(S320). The character information is extracted from the received message. A phone number corresponding to the extracted character information is obtained (S330). Call connection is performed to a receiving network of the calling terminal by using the obtained phone number(S340).
