A remote disaster preventing management system is provided to minimize the human life due to disaster and damage by possessively performing the disaster preventing operation in the geographical information integration center of the ubiquitous base. The sensor unit(10) is installed within the disaster preventing managed region in order to sense the disaster generation. The equipment for prevention is installed within the disaster preventing managed region in order to perform the disaster preventing operation in disaster. The remote disaster preventing management device(20) receives data related to the disaster generation through the communications network from the disaster preventing management device or the sensor unit. The relaying server(30) transmits received data to the remote disaster preventing management device.
