A bearing device for a work machine is provided to improve durability by forming the wear resistance layer and reduce replacing cost by making wear resistance difference between a boss portion and a flange bush of a bracket portion. A bearing device of a working machine comprises: a connection pin(27) connecting a boss portion(13a) of a first member(13) and a bracket portion(15a) of a second member; and a flange bush(21,24) being formed in one side of a sliding surface and having a wear resistance layer(26); the sliding surface facing the flange portion of the both flange bushes; and a boss portion and a bracket portion in which the flange bush is inserted.
