A C-ring manufacturing method and a device thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by producing the C-ring of variable kinds. A c-ring manufacturing method comprises: a step of turning the outer face and inner circumference of a material(A) which is prepared in order to process the C-ring(C); a step of fixing a lathe processed semi-product(A1) on a jig(100); a step of putting the jig uniting with semi-product in a 3D discharger; and a step of discharging and processing a C-type groove(C1) in the inner circumference of semi-product with a T-type electrode(200). |
