A facility management system and a control method thereof are provided to display only facilities which can be managed according to users among facilities, thereby enabling a user to control the facilities by using a remote controller and improving the management stability of the facilities because the user cannot manipulate facilities which do not have the management authority. A displaying screen(150) activates and displays setting information which can be manipulated by the first user and displays setting information which cannot be manipulated in an deactivated state.
