A connecting apparatus is provided to simplify the work process and reduce const by using a single motor. A connecting apparatus comprises a motor(60), a sun gear(70) formed in the motor axis, a planet gear(80) engaging with the sun gear, and a fastening bar(81) which fastens an object by rotating a bolt or nut as the planet gear rotates. The fastening bar, the central axis of the rotating planet gear, includes a socket(82~85) with a groove(81a) on one end in which a bolt or nut is inserted.
