An underwater open sea marine aquaculture apparatus is provided, which maintains safe aquaculture system in the open sea influenced by wind and waves and controls the buoyancy of the apparatus. An underwater open sea marine aquaculture apparatus comprises: a lower frame(20) which is formed to hang the weight plumb and forms the lower shape of the aquaculture apparatus; and an upper frame(10) which forms the top shape of the aquaculture apparatus and supports the net with the lower frame. The upper frame comprises: a rim structure in which the internal space is formed in order to accommodate the seawater or the air inside; a fixing buoyancy member which is arranged in the internal space of the rim structure, is formed to be maintained in the state that volume is fixed, and maintains the constant buoyancy; and a valve opening and closing the internal space of the rim structure. |
