A control point instrumentation system is provided to monitor a deviation of a reference point by photographing a reference point of with a pair of camera and comparing the reference point and data stored in a memory. An angle of observation camera is controlled to take a picture of the same position of a building(2). A relative position calculator receives the angle data(theta1, theta2) outputted from the first angle measuring sensor. The relative poison of the observation in horizontal direction is calculated through a triangulation.
