A SCROLL COMPRESSOR HAVING ROTATION PREVENTION MECHANISM

A scroll compressor is provided to make the rotation prevention mechanism simple by removing the need of separate rotation preventive component between the fixed scroll and the rotating scroll. A scroll compressor comprises a housing(800) consisting of a front housing(810) and a rear housing(820), a scroll compressing unit including a fixed scroll(500) and a rotating scroll(400), a discharge unit which discharges high pressure fluid, a main frame(860) supporting the backside of the rotating scroll, a plurality of connecting pipes(550) extended from the circumference of the fixed scroll toward the main frame, and a guide(100) with a groove in which the connecting pipe passes. The main frame and the rear housing are inserted in the connecting pipe, and then a bolt(890) is inserted in the connecting pipe and combined with the rear housing.
