Roasted-rice tea and a method for manufacturing cereal hard-boiled rice capable of preparing the roasted-rice tea are provided to make roasted-rice tea simply and to carry cereal hard-boiled rice conveniently. A method for manufacturing cereal hard-boiled rice capable of preparing the roasted-rice tea comprises (i) a step for soaking polished rice, glutinous rice, barley and brown rice in water for 1-2 hours, removing the residue and empty heads of grain, and washing them with cold water 1-3 times; (ii) a step for steaming the polished rice, glutinous rice, barley and brown rice at 100-120°C for 5-20 minutes to obtain cereal hard-boiled rice; (iii) a step for drying the cereal hard-boiled rice at 55-65°C for 10-12 hours; (iv) a step for putting the dried cereal hard-boiled rice in a cooking oven at 80-100°C for 1-2 hours; and (v) a step for pulverizing and packaging the roasted cereal hard-boiled rice. |
