A vacuum packing device is provided to inject the liquid with the predetermined amount by arranging the device successively. A vacuum packing device comprises: a storage tub(300) having a band heater providing heat to the material of herbal medicine in order to prevent the material from becoming stiff; a loading section loading the wrapping paper in the roll form; a wrapping paper feed part(500) having a bending part folding the wrapping paper to go in gear; and a liquid feed part supplying the liquid stored the storage cistern to the wrapping paper with the predetermined amount.
