A numerical map system is provided to correct an error of the data of the numerical map automatically by comparing the data of the numerical map stored in a memory with the data of the photographed building in a control unit. An angle of a observation camera is controlled to photograph the same point of a building(2). A relative position operation unit receives the angle data outputted from an angle measuring sensor. A relative position between each observation camera and the building photographed at the same time by each observation camera is measured by using triangulation method.
