An apparatus for purifying blood is provided, which implements the miniaturization of product and in which installation and use are facilitated. An apparatus for purifying blood comprises: a blood plasma separation filter(100) separating the blood plasma within the blood; and an adsorption filter(300) which is combined in order to surround the blood plasma separation filter and filters the blood plasma. The blood plasma separation filter comprises: an inner membrane(200) which is inserted between the blood plasma separation filter and the adsorption filter and in which an inner membrane penetration hole in which the blood plasma passes is formed in the side wall; and a housing(400) which surrounds the adsorption filter and discharges the blood plasma passing the adsorption filter.
