A benzo oxazine system monomer is provided to improve wettability of phosphoric acid for electrode and to have excellent heat resistance and phosphoric acid resistance and excellent acid affinity. A benzo oxazine system monomer is indicated as a chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1; A, B, C, D, E are carbon or one or two selected from the A, B, C, D, E are nitrogen(N) and the rest is the carbon(C); R1 and R2 are connected and form a ring. The ring is C6-C10 cycloalkyl radical, C3-C10 heteroaryl radical, fused C3-C10 heterocyclic radical or fused C3-C10 heterocyclic radical.
