A noise monitoring system, a noise monitoring method and a computer readable medium on which a noise monitoring program are provided to set up database compiling measured noise information easily as a noise data management part directly receives noise data and stores and manages noise data. One ore more noise detecting parts(110) are installed in the space in which noise is generated, and detects the noise. A noise data generating part(120) signal-processes noise signal detected in the noise detecting part and produces the noise data. A noise data transmission part(130) is installed with the noise detecting part, and transmits the noise data by fixed-line and wireless. A noise data management part(140) receives the noise data, and stores and manages the noise data. A noise data display part(150) receives noise data from the noise data management part by fixed-line and wireless and displays the noise data.
