A finance processing system and a method for controlling a financial obstacle are provided to process work by accessing to a communication network except for a currently used communication network when communication error occurs during an account work process by using a predetermined network in a finance terminal, thereby securing succession of work without spending backup time. An exclusive session(210) comprises an exclusive BP(Branch Processor)(211), a backup exclusive BP(213) and a finance terminal(200). A VPN BP(221) and a VPN backup BP(223) are in a VPN(Virtual Private Network) session(220). When communication error occurs while performing a service by the exclusive session, the finance terminal performs a control operation so that the VPN session service is processed. When the service is performed by the VPN session, the finance terminal continuously determines whether to recover error of the exclusive session. When error is recovered, the finance terminal releases connection with the VPN session and performs a control operation to be returned to the first network. |
