An organic electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to steadily prevent the lifetime reduction of device due to the toxic gas by forming a functional layer having the gas and reflection-preventing function. An organic electronic device comprises a smallest composition unit or an aggregate(200) of the organic electronic device including a substrate, an organic layer, and a metal layer formed on the substrate. A crystalline thin film layer(300) is formed on the smallest composition unit or the aggregate of the organic electronic device. The crystalline thin film layer is formed by the hydrogen bond of the melamine system supramolecular. The crystalline thin film layer has the network structure and the crystalline hydrogen-bonded. The crystalline thin film layer has the cutting-off characteristic about the gas including the oxygen. |
