A heat pipe manufacturing method, a heat pipe and a radiator are provided to reduce the manufacturing time and the production cost by minimizing a failure rate generating during a manufacturing process. A heat pipe manufacturing method comprises: a step of polishing and forming a material pipe into the constricted shape with a rolling device(10); a step of cutting a constricted part of the material pipe with a cutting device(30) after polishing; and a step of welding a cross section of the pipe formed with a welding device(40) in a sawing process in order to seal it.
