A method for transmitting/receiving information in a digital rights management technology is provided to safely deliver not only a right encryption key but also a rights object, contents, and a domain key through a encrypted channel. A first terminal(110) receives a channel encryption ticket including own key value from a server(500)(S130). The channel encryption ticket includes a mutual authentication parameter for a second terminal(120). The first terminal receives a key value of the second terminal from the second terminal, and generates a channel encryption key by using the own key value and the key value of the second terminal(S180). The channel encryption key is a pairing key. The first terminal forms a channel encrypted by the channel encryption key together with the second terminal, and shares a right encryption key with the second terminal through a encrypted channel(S190).
