A mounting structure of an audio switch assembly of a vehicle steering wheel is provided to shorten the assembly time of an audio switch by positioning the audio switch assembly accurately and keeping it temporarily assembled. A mounting structure of an audio switch assembly of a vehicle steering wheel comprises a guide pin(13) received in a mounting hole(11) formed on the top of a mounting unit of a switch assembly(20) on either side of a steering wheel(10), a groove(14) formed on the lower side of the switch assembly in order to guide the installation position, a guide rod(22) mounted on the top of the switch assembly, and a protrusion(24) formed on the lower side of the switch assembly and press-fitted to the groove. The guide rod comprises a hollow insertion groove(23) in which the guide pin is inserted, and is installed to be sandwiched in the mounting hole and the guide pin by press-fit.
