A roll flat offset printing press is provided to use a panel cylinder regardless of the length of a printing portion and print the printing portion of a rubber cylinder with transferring the object to be printed so that wastes part is not generated in the object. A roll flat offset printing press comprises: a pressing cylinder(40); and a protrusion friction surface(41) formed on the exterior of the pressing cylinder with the same length with a printing portion(21) of a rubber cylinder(30). When an object(60) to be printed is contacted with the printing portion of the rubber cylinder, the object is transferred with the rubbing of the protrusion friction surface. The printing portion of the rubber cylinder is printed on the object to be printed while the object is transferred. |
