NEW TRITERPENE GLUCOSIDES, FROM OLIGOPORUS TEPHROLEUCUS

摘要

An antioxidative composition including antioxidative triterpene glucoside is provided, which is useful for the prevention about the diseases of the arteriosclerosis, arthritis, stroke, parkinson's disease, alzheimer disease, the autoimmune disease etc. An antioxidative composition is obtained by a step of obtaining the solvent extract from oligoporus tephroleucus by extracting using the solvent selected from the aliphatic alcohol of the carbon number 1~6 and aliphatic hydrocarbon of the carbon number 1~10; a step of extracting the solvent extract using chloroform; a step of eluting the chloroform extract material in the silica gel column chromatography using the mixed solution of the chloroform-methanol; and a step of separating the antioxidative composition from the chloroform-methanol elution fraction in sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.
