A high-overloads measurements circuit (1), a small-overloads measurements circuit (2), a vehicle spatial orientation circuit (3), and an interface to a set of the vehicle on-board devices (4) along with an interface to a set of environment sensors (9) are connected to a computational module (18) via signal conditioning circuits (13, 14, 15, 16, 17). To the inputs of the interface to the set of the vehicle on-board devices (4) are connected: a velocity meter (5), an air cushion controller (6), a seat belts fastening sensor (7), and an engine operation sensor (8). The inputs of the interface to the set of environment sensors (9) are connected to a smoke sensor (10), a flame (fire) sensor (11), and a gas sensor (12). The computational module (18) is connected to a memory (19), which allows for reconstruction of actual events before as well as after the accident. A transmitter (20) connected to the computational module (18) operates to automatically deliver a report on the accident and the position at which the accident had happened to strictly defined persons and/or a server of a medical rescue service. |
