An affiliated store consulting intermediation method, a system thereof and a recording medium for the same capable of real time consulting with a specialist through an affiliated store terminal are provided to correspond to various task generated in a member store by relaying real time consult. An interface output unit(165) connects with on a screen display(115) in case that the operating mode of an affiliated terminal is a consulting intermediation mode. The consultation relay service interface of the member store is outputted. An information input unit(170) connects with a key input unit(120). Consulting item information corresponding to the consultation relay interface, the member store authentication information and the consulting request information corresponding to the consultation item are input. A specialist generating unit(175) generates the consultation item information, the member store authentication information, and the consulting request information. A report transmitting unit(180) transmits the consultation relay request with the VAN(Value Adding Network) server(190) of on communications network through a communication processor(130). A report processor(185) receives the consultation relay result from the VAN server. |
