A rotary control system of a reel for cable is provided to prevent entanglement of the cable by preventing unnecessary rotation of a bobbin. A rotary control system of a reel for cable includes a bobbin, a support, and a speed reducer. A cable(2) is wound around the bobbin, and a handle(21) is formed on the top of the supporting member. A leg(22) is formed in the lower part of a supporting member, and the speed reducer controls the rotation of the bobbin with a pressure roller. The speed reducer includes a support plate. The support plate is composed of an upper plate, a lower plate, and an elastic member. The elastic member between the upper plate and lower plate is bent. |
