One of the devices performs a fractionated rotational displacement, around a longitudinally oriented axis (93), between two angular positions. The cavities (91) are located opposite to the cavities (71), in one of the angular positions. The cavities (91) are radially enclosed, in the other angular position such that the bars retained by the cavities (91) are guided in rotation and translation along a longitudinal axis. |
