Reflections of impinging electromagnetic wave are attenuated by appliance deposited on substrate and containing ferro- or ferrimagnetic layer with specified structure.Thus, under structure, is formed passable ferro- or ferrimagnetic layer and structured layer contains at least two mutually different resonance frequencies. Structure may be periodical, with period of 10 to 250 microns. Independent claims are included for manufacturing invented appliance and its application.
