Liquid for catching insects and a manufacturing method for the same are provided, which enable to manufacture the liquid in the room temperature without the manufacturing facility. A method for manufacturing liquid for catching insects comprises: dissolving the aliphatic petroleum resin 10~15 wt.% and solvent 55~60 wt.% and preparing the first mixture; dissolving butyl lava 10~15 wt.% and preparing the second mixture by aging for 5-7 days; preparing the third mixture by adding the solvent to the second mixture; preparing the fourth mixture by mixing and stirring grease 4~10 wt.%, plasticizer 10~20 wt.%, and solvent 4~6 wt.%; preparing the fifth mixture by adding the solvent to the fourth mixture; and mixing and stirring third mixture 45~50 wt.%, polybutene 33~42 wt.%, and the fifth mixture 13~17 wt.%.
