A vehicle lifter device is provided to prevent the cylinder from drooping and to make the sealing maintenance easy. A vehicle lifter device comprises a cylinder(10) in which the magneto-rheological fluid is filled inside, and which a piston rod(11) is installed in, a housing(20) accommodating electromagnet and is positioned in cylinder, a wire(30) of which one side is connected to the housing so that the current be supplied to the housing, and a control means(40) which is positioned at one side of cylinder and connected to the other side of the wire. The control means includes a wire ring delivering the power source, a motor which the wire ring and wire are connected to, and a switch unit controlling the current supply.
