A bezel manufacturing method for a head lamp is provided to reduce the die investment cost and the material cost by integrating the processes of the main bezel, the bezel for the high and low beam, and the bezel for the turn signal. A bezel main body(10) is formed by integrating a main bezel, a bezel(14) for the high and low beam, and a bezel(19) for the turn signal. The surface of the main bezel is embossed and the innumerable protrusion(12) is taken shape. An aluminized film is formed on the surface of the bezel for the high and low beam. The synthetic resin is made of the polybutylene telephtalate. The aluminized film applies the current to the bezel main body.
