A sterilization composition of tablewares using food additive acetylsalicylic acid is provided to obtain bactericidal effect more than 99.9% and to be safe in human body though sterilization components remain in the tablewares. A sterilization composition of tablewares using food additive acetylsalicylic acid comprises alkali electrolytic reduced water of 96.7~98.1 weight%, ferment alcohol 1.5~2.5 weight%, extract of grapefruit seed 0.1~0.2 weight%, malic 0.1~0.2 weight%, citric acid 0.1~0.2 weight% and trisodium citrate 0.1~0.2 weight%. |
