THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL FOR MID-TEMPERATURE USE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A thermal conduction material for the middle temperature and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to obtain a skuteerudite thermoelectric material with a superior thermoelectric property for the middle temperature. A manufacturing method of a thermal conduction material for the middle temperature comprises a step of tightly shutting raw materials whish are Co, Sn, and Sb after charging into a Quartz tube under vacuum; a step of heating and melting the charged raw material mixture in seal induction melting furnace with high frequency induction electricity; and a step of heat treating the material solidifying after melting in order to be homogenization and to fill an air gap with the Sn.
