A floating matter removal apparatus is provided to exclude a floating matter effectively by including a plurality of blades in a hopper. A floating matter removal apparatus comprises the following units. An operating unit(10) supplies elevating force. An elevating shaft(20) is lifted by the elevating force of the operating unit. A hopper(30) sucks a floating matter on a surface of water while moved according to elevation of the elevating shaft. A blade(40) cuts the floating matter sucked by the hopper. An outlet pipe(50) discharge sucked floating matter to an outside of the hopper. |
