A vehicle curtain air bag device is provided to reduce the damage of passenger with an OPW(One Piece Woven) type cushion including an expanding limit member in order to reduce the expansion volume of cushion. A vehicle curtain air bag device comprises a cushion(55) expanding toward a vehicle interior in a state of the impact of vehicle. The cushion is made of one piece of woven fabric. The curtain airbag device includes and active zone and an inactive zone(70). The active zone expands a cushion by filling the compressed air but the inactive zone expands a cushion less than the fixed volume with the expanding limit member. |
