摘要 An optimum load-based wireless session context transfer for delivering a subscriber access unit within the coverage area of a plurality of base station processors to a base station providing the maximum throughput are provided to reduce a cost by performing hand-off or session context transfer to a base processor. A context establishing circuit includes a first wireless session context including the context establishment circuit. A location determining circuit determines whether a subscriber access unit(14) is located in the first coverage area and the second coverage area. The loading administrator circuit(60) receives load parameters. The furnace administrator circuit calculates the first loading factor and the second loading factor showing the first coverage area, the second coverage area and respective throughput load relating from load parameters. The second wireless context comprises the wireless access relating to the second coverage area.
