A manufacturing method of coloring aggregate is provided to cause no discoloration and/or bleaching through it contacts all kinds of ambient conditions including ultraviolet ray, dust, abrasion by vehicles or pedestrian, rainwater etc. A manufacturing method of coloring aggregate(20) contains heat-treating quartz at temperature of 550°C to 600°C, cooling it to temperature of 0°C to 20°C and obtaining the aggregate formed in a surface of a plurality of micro pores(24); and dipping the aggregate for 6 to 12 hours to a dye particle(27)-containing mixture including dye particles and organic solvent and dipping the dye particle inside the micro pore. The organic solvent is acetone, methyl ethyl ketone methyl butyl ketone or methyl isobutyl ketone.
