A bottom driving elevator for a slip prevention unit is provided to secure the security of elevator operation by preventing stopping of an elevator and slip in operation. A slip prevention unit(100) includes a shaft(110) and a second sheave(120), and the shaft is installed at lower par of a driving part(10) so that it is rotated. The sheave is installed at the front of the shaft. The diameter of second sheave is large than that of the driving pulley(18). A wire rope is connected with the end of the elevator, and the one side of the wire rope is extended downwardly with passing a guide sheave(30) and the second sheave and extended upwardly. After the wire rope is downwards extended via a driving pulley, the wire rope is again extended to upside via second sheave. Finally, the wire rope is connected to the upper center of the balance weight(40) via a plurality of guide sheaves.
