A method for manufacturing an antistatic multi-layer film is provided to minimize manufacturing cost by reducing thickness of a thermoplastic resin composite wherein a carbon nanotube is dispersed. An antistatic multi-layer film comprises the following units. A thermoplastic resin composite(B), in which a carbon nanotube is dispersed, is laminated on at least one side of a thermoplastic resin(A). The thermoplastic resin composite including the 1.2-10wt% of carbon nanotube has thickness of 100mum or less. A thickness ratio(B/A) of the thermoplastic resin composite and the thermoplastic resin has a range from 1% to 100%.
