A semiconductor device and the layout method of the same is provided to increase the reliability of the semiconductor device and productivity by reducing the offset of transistor. A semiconductor device is composed of a transistor designed to the mirror structure and a transistor corresponding to the mirror structure. A transistor corresponding to the mirror structure is composed of a first transistor and a second transistor. A first transistor includes at least two transistors forming the first current path and a second transistor forms the second current path by copying the route of the first current.
