A file for binding documents is provided to adjust a location of a fastener for files according to needs of a user by attaching or detaching the fastener from a file sheet. A file for binding documents comprises the following units. A file sheet(1) is used for protecting documents. A fastener(2) adhered to the file sheet fixes the documents. The file sheet includes a pair of punching holes on a cover and inner papers of the file sheet. Two or more tightening protrusions(21) are formed to being inserted into the punching holes of the file sheet. A concave area(22) can be combined with the tightening protrusions.
