The device has a pair of jacks (13) integrated to a bulldozer blade (5) and a pair of chassis (12) mounted on pivots (30, 32). A central arm (6) is arranged and integrated to the blade and a main chassis (3). A pair of jacks (9D, 9G) is arranged at right and left arms, and the arm (6) pivots the blade to move a material compressing line (20). Jacks (9D, 9G, 8) are driven by a multifunction handle (14) and controlled by indicators (39, 16, 28), so that the blade is raised or lowered, inclined to right or left and pivoted for moving the material compressing line, in rear and front steps.
