摘要 Provided is a method for cooking poultry food and beef to have a crisp surface and smooth flesh inside when a user cooks a fried chicken or sweet-and-sour pork by using an oven. A method for cooking poultry food and beef comprises the following steps of: maturing raw meat including wheat and corn flour as a curing agent for 12 hours(a); roasting the matured raw meat at a temperature of 180-230°C for 20-60 minutes using a convection oven(b); coating dough for a cheese cracker, dough for a biscuit, and dough for an apple pie to a surface of the roasted raw meat(c); and covering the raw meat with nut fruits such as pine-nuts, walnuts, peanuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds, dried fruits such as raisins, pineapples, and bananas, and a maxima, sesame leaf, potato, sweet potato 3-8mm in length(d).
