The device has a metallic anchor tube pressed into the ground by hammering. A universal support (2) for an umbrella mast or post is formed of female and male sleeves (3, 5). The sleeves are respectively formed of tubes. The male sleeve freely slides in the anchor tube, and umbrella mast or post slides in the female sleeve. A protection plate is formed of steel square frame. The plate forms a cap and protects the anchor tube during pressing of the tube and idling period of the device. The length, external diameter and thickness of the tube are respectively 400 mm, 26.9 mm and 2.6 mm.
