The device has a hand-wash shaped block (1) serving as a lid of a flushing system tank and including a water supply tube (2) and a fixed pourer tube (9) that pours water for washing hands of a user. The water passes through the tube (2) to allow washing of the hands when the user actuates a flushing system of a water closet. A waste water treating receiver (8) treats waste water, where the waste water is discharged towards the flushing system tank. A central part (4) receives different types of controls of the flushing system.
